My experience was as good as could possibly be. Dr. Krantzow performed surgery on both of my knees, and the rehab facility helped me recover. All employees that I met at Golden Orthopedic were excellent, as I explain in more detail in my testimonial.
I had two separate surgeries on my knees in September and in October 2022. The entire process went smoothly, from the point of surgery through the recovery. Dr. Krantzow performed the assessment of my knees and clearly explained my options. He performed the surgery and then monitored my recovery over time as I went to Golden’s rehab facility.
The rehab facility is extremely efficient in that it was always ready for me when I showed up at my scheduled appointments. It has a wide variety of machines and equipment that I used as my condition improved. The physical therapist Arturas Placas was very organized, and helpful in assessing my condition and planning therapy for me.
The attention given to patients is fantastic, as the ratio of patients to employees in the rehab facility at any point in time is relatively low. I was assigned to Daniella, Justin, and Vlade at different times over my rehab period, and they were all very helpful. Other employees within the facility were also very devoted to their respective patients.
All the employees worked well together. The environment was extremely friendly, which made my challenging rehab process much more enjoyable. I always looked forward to rehab because of the employees. I am now continuing the rehab on my own, based on the guidance of these employees. Thanks to all of you.
From the minute I got to Golden Orthopedic the staff was so pleasant to me. They are very professional. The surgeon who performed my surgery is a step above. That is Doctor Kephart who did an amazing surgery where I felt secure going into it. He is as good as they get and after surgery they have a rehabilitation center right there that with an amazing staff that took care of me. Getting me physically ready to be back walking around with confidence. From the second you meet the courteous staff who will lead you to the right Doctor, all the way to rehabilitation, you’re in good hands.
My name is Michael. You performed a reverse shoulder replacement of my left shoulder on March 31, 2022, at West Boca Medical Center. It is hard for me to find the words to adequately express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the extraordinary job that you did on my shoulder replacement. The chronic pain and constant ache that I experienced in my left shoulder for the last 4 to 5 years is gone. I am hopeful that I will eventually regain most of my range of motion to resume the activities that my former shoulder injuries and deterioration prevented me from performing. I thank you and your entire staff for their competent, capable, courteous and professional service.
As a partially disabled United States Army veteran, I receive my medical care through the Veterans Administration Medical Center in West Palm Beach. On Thursday, June 16, 2022, I received an orthopedic assessment of my left shoulder replacement by the physical therapy coordinator at the Occupational Therapy department at the VA. After having completed seven weeks of physical therapy at your clinic, it was their intention to schedule my continuing physical therapy weekly at their clinic at the VA.
She was so impressed with the progress I had made in improving my range of motion and flexibility since my surgery in March, that she elected to authorize me to attend an additional seven weeks of physical therapy at your Golden Orthopedic PT clinic. She admitted that your outstanding PT staff had exceeded what the PT staff at the VA could have expected to achieve with me.
It is a testament to the extraordinary skill and brilliant expertise of the PT staff at Golden Orthopedic Clinic that you employ. Arturo, Vladamir, Kelsey, Daniella and Amber are invaluable and irreplaceable assets that contribute enormously to the success of the Golden Orthopedic Center. It is my objective to improve my range of motion, strength and flexibility as best as I can, under the care and guidance of your amazing PT staff. I would request that a copy of this letter be placed in each of your physical therapy staff personnel files.

A year ago, within three months you operated on my two hips. Now I am walking without pain. The length of both my legs is perfect. Thank you for your skills and dedication.
I want to thank you for the knee surgery you performed on me in June. With your special care and compassion, my quality of life has improved tremendously. Thank you for this. I have so much confidence in you and will always refer you to others and will always refer you to others in search of an orthopedic surgeon.
Dr. Landes and his office staff were exceptional. Very clean office and outgoing, friendly staff. Everyone was extremely sufficient and on their “A” game! Dr. Landes is incredible. You don’t find too many doctors who actually take the time to really listen and explain things thoroughly. On top of all of that he is a genuinely caring and compassionate physician. I highly recommend anyone to this Practice.
Then the BEST THING HAPPENED DR. KEPHART – AS YOU ADMINISTERED THE SHOT, YOUR NURSE STREAMED THE “PAIN-RELIEVER” RIGHT ALONG WITH THE SHOT!! This letter is to say that I feel very blessed to have landed YOU as my new Ortho Doctor. GONE is the “trepidation”. Dr. Kephart, you have made a world of difference for me. Thank you.
What a great experience! I was told from the first meeting that the surgery would completely fix the issue with my hip and I would resume normal function with proper physical therapy, this was absolutely true. In 6 weeks I have recovered fully and doing everything that for a year and 1/2 only brought me pain and limitations. Now I can function without a hint of pain.
Thank you to Dr. Krantzow and his staff and to the physical therapy team on site. Kelsey, Kaitlyn and Lynne made my recovery very productive and allowed me to push myself to a point of confidence. Thank you to everyone!
