Rebecca Urrutia, PA-C

Rebecca Urrutia is a certified physician assistant who has been working in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine since 2019. She received her Bachelor’s in Biology at Nova Southeastern University, also obtaining a double minor in Spanish and Psychology. In addition, Rebecca competed as a pole vaulter for the collegiate track and field team during her undergraduate career as well. She went on to graduate with her Masters in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University, where she received the Chancellor Award given to 1 physician assistant in the program each year.

She was a recipient of the National Health Service Corps scholarship and worked two years in an underserved area upon graduating as a physician assistant. She is licensed by the Florida Board of Medicine and accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

As an athlete herself, Rebecca is passionate about providing high quality care to those dealing with orthopedic injuries and conditions. She is also bilingual in English and Spanish.

Keriann Napora

Keriann Napora, PA-C

Keriann Napora is a certified physician assistant and certified athletic trainer. She is originally from Pittsburg, PA where she received her bachelor of science degree in athletic training at Slippery Rock University of PA. She went on to earn her Masters of Science degree in exercise science at The University of Louisiana Monroe working as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for division I athletics. Later earning her masters of science in physician assistant studies at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA.

After completing her clinical rotations, she moved to Long Island, New York to work for the orthopedic group, Orlin and Cohen Orthopedic Group. She worked with a variety of physicians in different specialties such as sports medicine, hand and elbow, foot and ankle, and spine. Keriann is licensed by the Florida Board of Medicine and accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member with Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Krantzow

Dr. Michael Krantzow

Dr. Michael Krantzow is a board certified, fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon. He completed his orthopedic surgical residency at North Shore Long Island Jewish Hospital. He then completed his fellowship training in Sports Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, serving as assistant team physician to the N. Y. Jets and N. Y. Islanders.

Dr. Krantzow offers his patients his expertise in the latest technologies involving both non-surgical and surgical treatments. He provides stem cell and other biologic injection therapy. Surgically, he performs minimally invasive techniques to treat sports related injuries of the extremities as well as robotic technology for partial knee and hip replacements.

Dr. Jacob Landes

Dr. Jacob S. Landes is a board-eligible, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in pathology of the hand, wrist, and elbow. Raised in rural Kansas, he attended Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and continued with residency training in orthopaedic surgery at Broward Health Medical Center. He then competed fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He prides himself on carefully listening to his patients and educating in a reassuring manner that leaves a true understanding of the conditions and available treatments.

While at Ole Miss, Dr. Landes was trained in complex ligament and tendon reconstruction, as well as in the latest arthroscopic techniques for the wrist and elbow. He provides treatment for conditions including trauma, arthritis, neuropathy, contracture, and complex deformity. He will perform small joint replacement of the hand, wrist, and elbow when indicated and offers both endoscopic and fully-awake carpal tunnel release procedures if desired.

Dr. Solomon

Dr. Martha Solomon

Dr. Martha Solomon specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders affecting the foot and ankle. Dr. Solomon has been in private practice with Golden Orthopedics since 1997 offering gentle, conservative, friendly and professional care to her patients. She is trained in the latest surgical techniques in the treatment of heel pain, neuromas, bunions and hammertoes, wound care and diabetic foot care. She is passionate about her practice and takes pride in offering personal superior care.

After graduating from the University of Pittsburg in 1991, Dr. Solomon received her doctorate degree from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in 1995 and completed her residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery from Hollywood Medical Center in 1997. She is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Florida Podiatric Medical Association.

Dr. Kephart

Dr. Curtis Kephart

Dr. Curtis J. Kephart is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (Board Certified), fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine, with a concentration on conditions and injuries of the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee. A native of central Pennsylvania, he is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and Penn State College of Medicine where he graduated with honors and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Medical Honor Society. He completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency in Washington, D.C. at the George Washington University.

After residency, Dr. Kephart completed specialty fellowship training at the University of Southern California in Sports Medicine and Shoulder and Elbow Surgery under mentor Dr. James Tibone. He also completed advanced hip arthroscopy training with Dr. Jason Snibbe in Beverly Hills and specializes in hip preservation techniques.

Dr. Marc Golden

Dr. Marc Golden is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon. He completed a fellowship in sports medicine, arthroscopy and knee reconstruction at the National Hospital for Orthopedics in Washington D.C. Dr. Golden completed a rotating internship and orthopedic surgical residency, also received subspecialty training in hand surgery, pediatric orthopedics, total reconstruction and trauma orthopedics at leading hospital teaching facilities throughout the country.

Dr. Golden continues to be a leading orthopedic surgeon in Palm Beach County since starting Golden Orthopedics in 1990. Dr. Golden is a member of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
